How to Apply

Thank you for your interest in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at NC State University. Please follow these steps to apply for admission to the Graduate Program:

1. Fill out the online application at the Graduate School website.
   We recommend that you use the online submission of your personal statement and allow your references to submit their evaluations online. Students who make all their application material available online will be given priority in the review process.
   
   
2. After you have submitted the application to the NCSU Graduate School, fill out the online Area of Interest form and the Supplemental Education form through the Grad Watch site. This form will require your last name and 9-digit NCSU Student ID or 6-digit Apply Yourself ID. The information you provide to GradWatch must exactly match the information on your application.
   
   
3. Mail your processing fee along with your Application and Residence Form, Reference Report on Applicant, and any other supporting documents to:
