Spice Models

We are going to be using some publicly distributed Spice modes for the TSMC 0.18 mm CMOS process for this class.

 

Homeworks

§         Homework 1 due Thursday, Feb 27, 2003.  Make sure to start it early.

 

Projects

This project will be rescale so that the discretionary range is from 80 to 120
