The 3rd SPEC Annual Power Electronics and Power System Seminar (May 14-16, 2007)

The 3rd SPEC Annual Power Electronics and Power System Seminar, to be held on May 14-16, 2007 at the centennial campus of NC State University, not far from the thriving Research Triangle Park (RTP). The seminar is sponsored by the SPEC Power Management Consortium (PMC) and Consortium for Advanced Power Electronics and Energy Storage (CAPES).

The seminar provides SPEC students and faculty an opportunity to showcase their work in the area of SiC power electronics , power management microsystems , utility applications of power electronics and electric power systems. This is also a perfect opportunity for close industry/university interaction. This year, a plenary session will also be organized on hot topics concerning the power electronics and power system engineers. I sincerely hope you can find time to participate in this exciting event.
