Biography
Prof. Kim's current research interests include semiconductor physics and modeling of electronic and optoelectronic devices, carrier transport in heterostructures, low dimensional effects, quantum transport, quantum computing, Monte Carlo simulations, magnetoelectronics, and bioelectronics.
