Nanotechnology is going to substantially change our lives this Century. One interesting possibility is eventual replacement of solid state electronics by molecular electronics. In these projects, we are working with Chemists and Physicists to help define this area. Our activities include circuit design and evaluation, the design of novel test structures, and device characterization.
