Distance Education
Distance education has proven to be very useful for professionals in engineering and science as it allows for the professional to be up to speed on the latest and greatest while still being productive in the work place. North Carolina State University is no exception to that as the university has provided distance education services since 1978.
Students enrolled in the distance education program have access to regular classroom courses that are recorded and made available via the Internet. Intended for people with a degree, or experience in the field, these courses can be put towards a graduate level engineering degree.
