ECE has inaugurated a new tradition with the 2015 induction of 34 exceptional alumni into its Alumni Hall of Fame.

The Department is proud to honor its outstanding graduates through the newly formed ECE Alumni Hall of Fame. The recognition celebrates the excellent performance of ECE alumni, both in their careers and community service. With more than 13,500 ECE alumni, only 34 graduates were selected for the 2015 inaugural class, making this a truly noteworthy distinction.

As part of Alumni Homecoming, this year’s inaugural induction was held in Talley Student Union on October 30. ECE Department Head Dr. Daniel Stancil communicated the pride the department has in its alumni and summarized many of the extraordinary accomplishments of the inaugural class of inductees, which included national business leaders, professors, technology innovators, entrepreneurs, and civic leaders. To learn more about the inspiring stories of the inductees, please visit the 2015 Inductees Hall of Fame page.

To learn more about how you can nominate outstanding alumni for induction, please visit the Alumni Hall of Fame page. Nominations for next year’s induction will be accepted through July 1, 2016 by using our online form.
