ECE Seminar Series features Dr. Ilesanmi Adesida, Micro and Nanotechnology Lab and ECE Dept., Univ. of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign

The ECE Seminar Series event scheduled for Wednesday, March 3 will feature Dr. Ilesanmi Adesida, Director, Micro and Nanotechnology Laboratory and Professor, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Dr. Adesida will discuss "Processing and Device Issues in GaN and Related Compounds". The seminar will be held in EGRC 136 at 3:30pm on Wednesday, March 3. Refreshments will precede the seminar, at 3:15pm.
