Principal Investigator
Dr. Ozturk's research interests center around new materials, processes and device structures for nanoelectronics. His recent work emphasizes applications of low temperature epitaxy of Si and SiGe for source/drain and channel engineering and low-resistivity contacts to Si and SiGe.
Co-Principal Investigator
Dr. Devetsikiotis' research is in the areas of high-speed network modeling, performance evaluation and efficient simulation; and optimization techniques applied to the analysis and design of communication systems. His current interests include modeling of wireless systems, design of network services and performance of network appliances/service intermediaries.
Dr. Devetsikiotis recently served as Chairman of the IEEE Communications Society Technical Committee on Communication Systems Integration and Modeling. He is an Associate Editor of the IEEE Communications Letters, and an Associate Editor of the ACM Transactions on Modeling and Computer Simulation.
