Virtual laboratory is a collection of applets on introductory topics in Electrical and Computer Engineering. The laboratory provides a user friendly simulation environment which allows the students to experiment with simple circuits and systems connected to standard test instruments including the function generator, oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer.
The applets were originally created to support an introductory course (ECE 200: Introduction to Electrical and Computer Engineering Laboratory) at North Carolina State University, however, they are suitable for other courses, which emphasize analysis of signals in time and frequency domains.
To run the applets, you need a computer capable of running JAVA applets, an internet browser software, which supports frames and has the Adobe Flash Player installed. You can start the individual applets by clicking on the buttons provided below.
