Texas Instruments is pleased to announce that Mr. Srivardhan Gowda is the recipient of the 2005-2006 Texas Instruments Graduate Fellowship for Leadership in Nanoelectronics. Mr. Gowda is a student of Prof. Veena Misra. His graduate research work is in the area of Molecular Electronics which is a cross-disciplinary effort between Dr. Misra, Dr. Lindsey (Dept. of chemistry, NCSU), Dr. Bocian (Dept. of chemistry, UCR) and Zettacore, Inc. His Ph.D. thesis deals with fabrication, characterization and modeling of hybrid silicon/molecular devices for memory applications. He plans to graduate in 2006.

The Texas Instruments Graduate Fellowship for Leadership in Nanoelectronics is awarded by Texas Instruments’ Silicon Technology Development (SiTD) organization.
